The past year has tested our ability to react and adapt to an overwhelming amount of change. The level of uncertainty we grapple with makes it difficult to envision what the future looks like. As innovators, thinking about and planning for the future is critical to our work. To innovate effectively, we must have a holistic understanding of the landscape in which we operate and broaden our thinking beyond our own biases. While we cannot predict the future, having a framework to navigate times of uncertainty can help us build a better, and more inclusive, path forward.
Join us on Thursday, March 25th for a virtual workshop facilitated by Radha Mistry and Ellen Hlozan, leaders in the field and application of strategic foresight. Radha Mistry and Ellen Hlozan join us from Autodesk Research.
You will walk away from this workshop with:
- A foundational understanding of foresight methodologies and practices
- A framework for creating a future that is preferable and inclusive for all
- An understanding of core foresight principles, including horizon scanning and identifying weak signals of change
- A deeper connection to the members of the WIN community
