With the 2015 products now having been released and beta season wrapping up it is a good time to review your user profile and update it for future any beta participation.
Here are some steps to making sure you are steps to take to get invited into the most popular betas:
2. If you get invited to a beta, make sure you have the time to commit to being an active beta participant and providing feedback.
3. If you get invited to a beta and accept the invitation to participate make sure that you are active and provide feedback.
4. Be active in the Autodesk discussion forums or on blogs helping others. If product teams notice you and your knowledge you are likely to be involved into early alpha and beta projects.
5. Get to know the product teams at events like Autodesk University. Knowing product team members can increase the likelihood of being invited to beta test.
While some product teams invite most everyone to a beta that applies and are eligible for testing that product, some teams may not. Some teams may recruit people from past participation looking for participants that were active and provided clear feedback.
We completely understand you might have times when you are unable to participate in a beta for various reasons, but if you do accept an invite to a product beta please make sure you can provide active participation, clear and concise feedback, answer surveys, and perform any required tasks as that will keep you as a top candidate for future beta programs.
