AUGI (Autodesk Users Group International) is asking for members to submit their Autodesk product wishes to be voted on by AUGI members using their new AUGI Wish List System.
Top wishes are provided to Autodesk at Autodesk University to strongly encourage for future product development. Over the years many of the AUGI Wish List top have been included in the products. AUGI basic membership is free.
Here is AUGI's message:
It's that time of year again when we actively promote that you visit AUGI.com and submit that burning wish list idea!
Each year AUGI collects ideas from members like you, we then allow your fellow members to rank the wish based on its own merits. Once that is completed we then conduct a vote of the top 30 wishes for each product we cover. And the final report, the annual AUGI Top Ten Wish List, is presented to Autodesk at the annual AUGI General Meeting held in conjunction with Autodesk University 2013.So, the first step is yours. Visit the AUGI Wish List over the next week or so and contribute any new ideas you may have. Once you complete that, do feel free to begin to rank and vote for your favorites. Then in November we will send a reminder notice to go rank and vote again (if needed). Note, you will need to log into AUGI.com in order to submit.
The new AUGI Wish List System is actually active all year, collecting, ranking, and voting. But this time of year is the "big push" to get the most ideas and votes collected.
Here is a list of the products we are collecting wishes for in 2013:
- AutoCAD
- AutoCAD Architecture
- AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Inventor
- Navisworks Manage
- Revit Architecture
