This is the largest Autodesk University, ever at over 10,500 attendees here in Las Vegas.
Here are some of my photos that I have not yet edited. Enjoy.
We started the day with Shaan’s Run aka the AU5K at 6am out in front of the Venetian. I was floored, 140 runners showed up for the big event complete with an announcer, music, breakfast, signs and great black matte aluminum insulated water bottles.
I went on a special Cirque du Soleil Ka courtesy of the AutoCAD Team, Tait Towers, and of course Cirque du Soleil. AutoCAD was used in the design of the amazing stage set, lighting, and rigging back. The show Ka is amazing and the largest Cirque show, but the behind the scenes was mind blowing to see all the engineering. The stage hydraulics have a 80 foot stroke and crazy lifting and control.
Day 2 starts with a breakfast for 10,500 attendees and then classes. At 10:30am it is the Technology Keynote., This evening is the big AU Block Party with multiple venues and themes.
