The AutoCAD Mechanical 2010 Update 1 has now been released for download. Please make sure to read through the ReadMe document as it lists many of the changes as well as an update check issue with IE8. This Update 1 includes the AutoCAD 2010 Update 1 plus some specific AutoCAD Mechanical updates.
