I think it is the right thing to do, for all. Assistance on software, training and certification for those currently displaced in the workforce. I have quite a few friends in this category now. On the bright side I have had some of the people I know that had been looking for work recently get hired, and I hope that positive trend continues. Sometimes a person with pride still needs a hand up in the process.
