AutoCAD 2008: Windows Vista

A few of the extras you get in Windows Vista with the new AutoCAD 2008.

  • Large preview thumbnail option up to 256 x 256 in Windows Vista Explorer instead of the small thumbnail or DWG icon like you see in Windows Explorer in Windows XP.
  • Support for Vista search.
  • Tool palette transparency is supported when hardware acceleration is enabled.
  • There was a lot of effort and work supporting the UAC, licensing, install and under the hood work.
  • More to come in the future
